Description: In the first phase of a multi-phase project
aimed at updating and modernizing Concordia Seminary's singles dormitories,
first constructed in the 1930's. After removing the old 400A service
and all the electrical equipment, Benson installed a new 4160V feeder to
service the mechanical equipment being installed in the newly constructed
basement mechanical room. Benson Electric then installed a new 120/208V
1600A service and renovated 52 single person dormitory rooms.
Electrical Contract: $385,000.00
